Royalty Dessert Auction and Purse Fundraiser
Reserve your tickets as registration will close on June 1st.
Event Date is Thursday June 5th. Doors will open at 5:00pm
Live Dessert Auction with our Auctioneer, Chad Nawrocki, will begin at 5:30pm.
Come in and grab your assigned bidding paddle # to begin bidding on these homemade desserts made by our royalty, candidates, committee, and supporters of our program. Minimum bid is $25.
Our Purse event will begin at 7pm.
Purchase your cards in advance for $40.00. You will receive 6 cards, 10 games. You will also receive one Cover All round game card. Additional cards will be available for purchase at the event. $20 for 10 games and $5 for each Cover All.
You can also purchase raffle tickets for our purse packages and for all remaining purses/wallets/accessories. Purse package raffle tickets prices are - 20 tickets for $10
Remaining purses/wallets/accessories raffle ticket prices are - 20 tickets for $10
The more you buy $$ the more chances you have to win!!
Appetizers will be served during the purse bingo event courtesy of our sponsors. Cash bar will be open.
If you would like to pay with check, mail your payment to Baldwin Royalty 1420 Curtis Street, Baldwin WI 54002. If you would like to pay with a credit card via our website www.baldwinroyalty.org/store or Venmo @baldwinroyalty there will be a $5 charge to cover the fee FOR EACH REGISTRATION.
This a non-refundable event.
Once your registration is received, you will receive a confirmation, and you will be place on the list. Each guest will be assigned a number. This is your bidding number and raffle number for the entire evening.
