Baldwin Royalty is a non-profit scholarship organization that began in 1972.
Our program has been representing “The Biggest Little Town in Wisconsin”
for over 50 years, traveling all across Western Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Each year our Royalty is selected the second full weekend in June.

We are proudly sponsored by the Baldwin Woodville Area Chamber of Commerce, Fennern Jewelers, Flagship Ford, Baldwin Woodville School District, Windmill Days and Suzanne Wyveen Photography.
Our Chamber Businesses graciously sponsor our Candidates each year.

Baldwin Royalty Scholarship Program welcomes all young men and women who are currently in their sophomore year, who attend BWHS, Private School, or homeschool.
Interested Candidates are invited to sign up in February.

Our Royalty and Candidates actively participate in a variety of events throughout their year and candidacy. These events range from community service, volunteering, fundraising, parades, teas, coronations, Chamber sponsored events,
Chicken Fry dinners, Community Dinner, library socials, ReStyle Midwest Market
and so much more.

If selected to represent Baldwin Royalty, each will receive a scholarship towards their post high school education. Miss/Mr Baldwin will receive a $750 scholarship and will be rewarded with a paid weekend trip to St Paul Winter Carnival. Each Princess/Prince will receive a $500 scholarship and will receive a ticket to attend the Winter Carnival Royal Coronation. Each member of Baldwin Royalty receives their gown, crown, sash, shoes, embroidered polo, pants/skirt, casual dress,
and crown box for their reign.

Our program is honored to have community sponsors that help support us each year. The Baldwin Woodville Chamber of Commerce provides safe storage for our float and our insurance. Fennern Jewelers proudly sponsors our royal crowns. Flagship Ford provides a truck for us to use as we travel to and from community parades. We host our practices at the BWHS Auditorium. Windmill Days provides us with buttons, t-shirts, and supports our events throughout the year. Lastly, Suzanne Wynveen provides beautiful portraits, captures events and does her best to attend our coronation if scheduling allows. We are also very fortunate to have a community volunteer, Mr. Gary Hammond, who has dedicated his time as our Float Driver. This has been a tremendous benefit to our program so that our families are able to enjoy the events and escort their kids to and from many royal events beyond the parades.

Baldwin Royalty is led by several volunteers who serve on the
BW Chamber of Commerce and who are Baldwin Royalty Alumni.
These women give their time throughout the year as role models,
mentors and supporters of all who wish to be a part of our program.

Over the years, our community celebration has been known as “Let’s Go Dutch Days”, “Dutch Days” “June Bug Days” and now proudly known as “Windmill Days”.

Baldwin is celebrating 150 years in 2024. The Windmill Days Planning Committee is sure to have a grand weekend planned as well as sharing the beautiful history of our community that has grown over the years.

We kick off our Coronation week during Windmill Days. Dress rehearsal on Wednesday, Community Dinner and Dessert Auction on Thursday, Root Beer Floats and Fundraisers and Tattoo’s for the kids on Friday, Windmill Days Parade, our Queen’s Tea and
Coronation on the 2nd Saturday in June of each year!
